During the construction of the Unitech Technology Center and vocational school at Rubbestadneset in Bømlo municipality, NST Byggservice as participated with floor and painting work, as well as tactile marking and anti-graffiti treatment.
The building is a BREEAM building in class Very Good, and one of the few BREEAM buildings in Haugalandet.
In the development of HF Haugesund Hospital 2020, NST Renhold as participated with washing above the ceiling, cleaning during the construction period, disinfection and final building washing. In addition, the company was responsible for dust measurement, control and documentation of the quality of the cleaning work.

The rig West Delta was towed from Singapore to Norway in 1996/97 for an upgrade, and later on an assignment on the Norwegian continental shelf.
