This Association has more than 100 trainees attached at all times.<\/p>\n<p>CEO of\u00a0NST Group, Jan Thorstensen, is a Member of the Board in \u201cOppl\u00e6ringskontoret for Teknologifag\u201d, and besides this he is in\u00a0Training Committee for \u201cIndustrimalerfaget\u201d (Industrial Painters)\u00a0in Rogaland county,\u00a0and also in a Quality group assigned by Directorate for Education in accordance with reforms of\u00a0training and education.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Maritimt Forum for Haugalandet og Sunnhordland <\/strong>(Maritime Orghanisation):<br \/>\n<\/em><span class=\"ingress\">has 139 member companies. This organisation works with business politics, educational- and competence related matters as well as network building between businesses and companies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>In Lithuania:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lithuanian Association of Temporary Employment Companies:<\/strong><br \/>\nAfter establishment in Lithuania,\u00a0NST Gruop did see the necessity to make Personell Rent more transparent, and at the same time try to regulate this within the Law in Lithuania. Of this reason we were one of the pioneers to start this Association that were started by\u00a012 companies in\u00a02007 and has the name of\u00a0Lithuanian Association of Temporary Employment Companies.<br \/>\nThe Association has as its target to participate in developement of regulations around the theme of Personnel rent, and works for\u00a0100% transparency and non-serious players in the market. They also have a goal to \u201ceducate\u201d local clients to a more transparent business ideology.<\/p>\n<p>First General Manager of\u00a0NST Baltija, Rita Sokoloviene,\u00a0was President of the Association for the first years before she resigned in June 2008, while present General Manager of NST Baltija, Dalia Mickuniene, was Accountant of association in same period.
